Human Solutions is seeking a registered psychologist or registered mental health professional to serve as Clinical Manager of Professional Services for Alberta North. In this service-oriented clinical and leadership role, excelling in quality assurance and cost management within our Employee and Family Assistance Programs (EFAP) are key objectives of this position. By actively managing a network of counsellors and building quality relationships with our growing network of service providers, your unwavering commitment to quality will ensure that our sterling reputation continues to flourish. Providing clinical supervision and upholding accreditation standards are core responsibilities. Reporting to the Regional Director of Professional Services for Western Canada, your proactive and responsive troubleshooting, reliability, and flexibility will make you a valued member of the Edmonton team.
As Clinical Manager and a mental health professional, you will lead your team in areas including counselling, crisis intervention, telephonic counselling, and exemplary case management. You will ensure your team is responsive to the needs of clients in a timely and effective way. You will foster an environment of teamwork, responsible professionals and flexibility with client needs at the cornerstone. As Clinical Manager, you will contribute to crisis management and intervention as well as manager consultations. You will bring to your team enthusiasm, commitment, and solid communication skills.
As a key member of Professional Services, you will collaborate with senior personnel in other departments including Account Management and Business Development. For specific customers, you may serve as the program manager. Fostering strong working relationships with every customer is part of the role. Participation in customer orientations may be required from time to time. In addition, you bring a solid track record of effective project management skills.
