Receptionist / Resource Desk Administrator - Edmonton

We are looking for a full-time Resource Desk Administrator to provide reception and administrative services to our busy Edmonton downtown office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Human Solutions Canada Inc reception desk. Along with telephone and guest reception, they will be responsible for a number of customer and employee relations tasks, travel and conference arrangements, couriers, mail and a variety of operations tasks. There may be some evening shifts involved.
They will be expected to work as part of the administrative team, balancing their primary responsibilities with the overall responsibilities and priorities of the team, assisting others wherever possible. The position requires initiative, attention to detail and unwavering commitment to professionalism, confidentiality and customer service. Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task are essential.
The candidate will have experience in a professional and administrative services environment. Computer literacy is required with emphasis on word processing and Microsoft Outlook, and some knowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have excellent command of written and spoken English. Post secondary education is welcomed.
